“Published by the Employes of the St. Louis Public Service Company”I guess this magazine was published and edited by the “employe(e)s” as well, nice spelling guys! Anyways, I love the outfits on those kids…visors, ties, argyle socks, pegged pants and of course, those amazing vintage Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers!
